Not the right size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at tracy@xcfootwear.com. We'll send you a replacement size free of charge — no need to ship the original back to China.

Defective or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll reship or refund in full.

Change of mind? Items must be unworn. Please contact us first for return instructions before sending anything back.
